Your serial number sticker will look similar to the images on the left. The diagrams below show where your serial number could be located on your product.
Do you have a Scooter?
Your serial number could be located either:
- On your tiller or near your footplate.
- On your seat post or under your seat.
- Behind your seat, battery packs or back of scooter.
- Under your battery pack or rubber floorplate.
Do you have a Power Chair?
Your serial number could be located either:
- On your seat post or under your seat.
- On your drive wheel motors.
- On the rear shroud.
- On your joystick.
Do you have a Lift Chair?
Your serial number could be located either:
- Back landing leg.
- Back right landing leg.
- Inside lifting arm.
- On the lifting motor.
