What You Need to Know When Ordering

For standard delivery, your chair will be shipped to the curb. If you or your loved one require assistance in getting the chair inside the home, or would like the chair inspected and set up (including the disposal of packing items), we suggest choosing our "White Glove" shipping option.

NOTE Two 9 volt batteries required for the battery backup feature are not included.

Unboxing Your Golden Lift Chair

NOTE Tall and Extra-Wide size chairs ship with their backs off. There are slide rails on both sides of the back that fit into the base. It’s usually best to have two people do the assembly as the back can be a bit unwieldy for one person to manage. After assembly, carry the chair off the wooden pallet and into the home.

Curbside delivery is provided when you order the Comforter Series , you can anticipate a smooth and straightforward delivery process directly to your doorstep. Golden lift chairs ship fully assembled on a wooden pallet. You’ll need to remove the shipping carton and protective plastic wrapping from the chair. It’s usually best to have two people lift the chair off the wooden pallet and into the home. There will be a few twist ties around the power cords and remote cable to remove.

You can consider opting for our White Glove Delivery service if you need help with carrying, unpacking, or assembling your new lift chair. With this option, certified technicians will deliver the lift chair, assemble it, and ensure it's fully operational and ready for immediate use

You have the option to choose a service plan for an additional charge. While you are covered by a service contract, if you experience a problem with your lift chair , simply call SpinLife to arrange for a technician to come to your home for diagnosis and repair.
